Why SimpliFi?

A condominium project must be approved with the Veterans Administration (VA) in order to be eligible for a VA loan. The VA maintains a list of approved condos on its official site which you can search here.  Since the condo name registered with VA may not be the commonly used condo name, it is best to search by selecting “Approved” and then selecting your state to retrieve the list of approved condos.  You can enter additional information to narrow down your search.
